Our Company
General Integral Control Systems (GICS), was founded in December of 2005 by Gaudelin Velazquez and Valentin Mejias after years of electrical experience. The first year it was subcontracted by Prime and General Contractors for HVAC installations. It has rapidly become a preferred firm by many Contractors in the commercial and industrial market.The key of its success has been its experienced-qualified group of installers committed to quality, professionalism, and safety. Today, with more than 15 employees, the firm performs installation services for miscellaneous construction projects including:
Energy Management Systems
Energy Management Systems (EMS) are integrated systems designed to monitor, control, and optimize the performance of generation and/or transmission systems.
These systems are widely used in various sectors to improve energy efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure sustainable energy use.
Building Automation Systems
Building Automation Systems (BAS) are centralized, networked systems that monitor and control various building functions such as HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), lighting, security, and other systems.
These systems aim to improve building efficiency, comfort, and security.
Security and Access Control Systems
They also optimize building operations by integrating with other building automation systems, such as HVAC, lighting, and fire safety, to provide a comprehensive approach to building management.
